Laura Rose Nelson-Becker is committed to providing her clients the highest level of legal services coupled with personal attention.  She practices almost exclusively in the field of estate planning, trust and probate law.  Laura counsels individuals and families in establishing estate plans geared toward each unique situation, working with her clients to customize each family’s plan.  She also handles routine trust and probate administrations, walking families through the complex realm of estate administration after a loved one’s death.  Laura regularly handles litigated trust and estate matters, including will contests, claims against fiduciaries, and property ownership disputes.  She also represents injured individuals in personal injury matters.
